•⁠ ⁠Once tickets are booked, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable by the customer.
•⁠ ⁠In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, customers are entitled to one of the following:
1.⁠ ⁠Full Refund: If the event is cancelled by the organizer (and not by any other cause), the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2.⁠ ⁠Date Change Option: If the event is rescheduled, the same ticket will be valid for the new show and that shall be communicated by the organizer.
•⁠ ⁠No refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
•⁠ ⁠Any refund or event-related request should be sent to our official support team.
•⁠ ⁠All refund decisions will be made by TIMS Entertainments, and their decision will be final and binding.
•⁠ ⁠Any legal dispute related to refunds, payments, or the event will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad High Court only.
